Requirements to apply :

Medical Degree : Successful completion of M.D. or D.O. degree

Board Certification : Board certified in Psychiatry

Licensure : Licensed in state of California

Certifications : DEA License, CPR and BLS

Experience : Minimum four years of related experience and / or training

Preferences : Bilingual English / Spanish
