Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Services

As a Technical Program Manager you will spearhead multi-functional initiatives that incorporate new infrastructure hardware and operational capabilities into live data center environments. Using both program management expertise and technical skill you will ensure that programs are delivered on time within scope and with minimal disruption to ongoing will collaborate closely with engineering operations and vendor partners to oversee the entire program lifecycle from planning and validation through deployment and closeout while upholding safety compliance and operational readiness standards.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Information Technology or a related field; or equivalent job-related experience.
• 3 years of experience leading projects or programs and operations in technology-driven environments or similar.
• Proficiency using Mac OS iOS and common desktop applications like Slack Radar Keynote and Wrike or other
• Outstanding communicator adept at presenting solutions and insights to diverse audiences.
• Proven history in operationalizing new infrastructure risk mitigation and validating advanced hardware prior to deployment.
• Experienced in IT hardware with a solid background in installation maintenance and decommissioning procedures
• Strong analytical problem-solving and program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting solutions and encouraging collaborative relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve highly variable and complex operational issues creatively.
• Experience with data center IT hardware installation decommissioning and maintenance.
• Skilled in leading teams mentoring staff and cultivating a collaborative innovative work environment.
• Demonstrable ability to forge relationships with partners from varied technical and operational backgrounds.
