We are also seeking experienced Snowplow Drivers and Equipment Operators to support our winter snow operations. Team members will be responsible for plowing and de-icing commercial properties using company-supplied or contractor-supplied vehicles and equipment. This is a seasonal, on-call position ideal for professionals who can operate safely and efficiently under winter weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate snowplows, skid steers, loaders, or salt trucks to clear and treat parking lots and drive lanes.
• Apply salt or other de-icing materials to maintain safe driving and walking conditions.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently while minimizing property damage and fuel waste.
• Communicate with dispatch and crew leads for updates, route changes, or safety issues.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment checks, report maintenance needs immediately.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members on sites to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy machinery to minimize risks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is stored properly after use.
• Comply with all DOT, company, and site-specific safety standards.
