Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC / R systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in field service. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues using schematics and diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including cleaning coils, changing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
- Conduct equipment repairs on refrigeration units, boilers, and other HVAC-related appliances as needed.
- Collaborate with construction teams to assist in HVAC design and installation for new builds or renovations.
- Utilize mechanical skills to perform welding tasks when necessary for equipment repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during each job.
