Wisconsin Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate member education and caregiver involvement in interventions

Provide advocacy and support to members and their families, ensuring access to treatment resources

Conduct condition-specific research and maintain clinical records while participating in clinical rounds

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, or Licensed Ph.D

Active, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently in Wisconsin

2+ years of post-licensure experience in a related mental health environment

1+ years of case management experience

Proven intermediate level computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
