Job Title : Pharmacist – Inpatient (Nights)

Location : Whittier, CA

Shift : Nights – 4x10s (20 : 00–06 : 30)

Schedule : 7 on / 7 off | Start day is Thursday | Weekends & holidays may be required

Skills Required :

Inpatient & clinical dosing (anticoagulants, cardiac, renal, geriatrics, pediatrics)

Warfarin dosing, therapeutic med monitoring

Pain control, psychotherapeutic management

Compounding, IV piggybacks, IV push, sterile technique

High-risk medications, antibiotics

Code response, Carousel system experience

Cardiovascular & neurologic drug management

Certifications Required :

PharmD

BLS

Experience Required :

5+ years inpatient / acute care pharmacy experience

First-time travelers accepted

COVID-19 Vaccine : Not required

Flu Vaccine : Required (exemptions allowed)
