Our client in Wayne County, MI is looking for an ambitious Corporate Attorney to join their team! As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for advising senior management on a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice to employees and corporate officers
  • Manage all legal operations and procedures
  • Negotiate and coordinate business transactions
  • Provide utmost confidentiality in all business-related matters
  • Manage and review different types of contracts, legal reports, and supporting documentation
  • Review and or implement new corporate procedures and by-laws
  • Drawing up or file liens on behalf of the company
  • Resolve issues with disputes with Insurance claims.
  • Resolve issues with disputes with Owners
  • Update federal law mandates for the company.
  • No need to litigate but will work with Litigation Team
  • Implement new contracts for subcontractors
  • Be ambitious / go-getter!

Corporate Attorney requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of corporate law
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Active attorney's License
