A Home Health Case Manager is needed in Houston, TX.
Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000
- Health insurance ($250 reimbursement per pay period)
- Vision and dental insurance
- Retirement package – executive bonus plans
- Company vehicle provided

- 10 days of PTO (increasing annually with tenure)
