Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the financial, administrative, and clerical support for our Tracker Marine Boat Centers. The Accounts Payable Clerk reviews and processes vendor invoices and is part of the customer service support team to all the company's vendors, which includes reconciling vendor statements and mailing checks.

Essential Functions :

• Accrues invoices at month end.
• Verifies pricing with invoice purchase orders and or proper authorization.
• Performs data entry of invoices into Accounts Payable systems.
• Files invoices in Open Payable waiting for checks to print.
• Stuffs and mails checks.
• Reconciles vendor statements.
• All Other Duties As Assigned.
