Clint Wilson State Farm is looking for a Customer Relations Representative to be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll help ensure our policyholders feel valued, informed, and confident in their insurance and financial decisions.

What You'll Do :

  • Build relationships with customers by providing top-tier service with enthusiasm and a personal touch.
  • Assist with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage options to ensure customers have the protection they need.
  • Proactively follow up with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Support the agency's marketing efforts by making outbound calls, sending personalized follow-ups, and engaging with community events.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is even more important!

    Compensation : $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
