job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead Installer As a Lead Acrylic Bath Installer , you’ll not only install high-quality bath systems, but also guide and oversee a team of installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards. You’ll be a key point of contact on job sites, coordinating workflows, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded every time. Lead a team of installers on residential bath remodel projects Perform and oversee bathroom remodeling in a single day using carpentry and construction skills Train and mentor installers to follow proper installation procedures Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations Serve as the on-site point of contact for project coordination and customer communication Maintain a clean and safe work environment, respecting the customer’s home Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide on-the-spot solutions Submit all required documentation and project photos Ensure vehicles are stocked and tools are maintained Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in carpentry, bathroom installation, or home remodeling Proven leadership or supervisory experience in the trades Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks on-site Ability to take precise measurements and read installation plans Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proficiency with power tools and basic plumbing knowledge Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Why Join Prime Baths Indiana?
