Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients to identify their needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to assist them in meeting their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions : Apply researched methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday living tasks
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress at home
• Assess and Record Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain on track
