Key Responsibilities

Align staffing supply with project demand and maintain capacity forecasts

Design and implement scalable resource management processes and best practices

Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective workforce planning and resource deployment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field

10+ years of experience in resource management or workforce planning within consulting or IT services

Proven track record of process improvement and scaling operations

Experience with enterprise-scale consulting environments

Proficiency with resource management and PSA tools, preferably Salesforce
