Direct client care, including care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case management, and related clinical services. Serve as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers and collaterals. Collaborate with other staff in providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors. Provide crisis intervention, including crisis assessment and de-escalation. Provide onsite collaboration with medical providers to provide behavioral health assessments. Support and foster team values within the treatment team to provide support and remove barriers. Maintain superior customer service for internal and external customers by providing information and answering questions / requests. Participate in committees (both internal and external) and meetings. Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field. Registered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure. 1+ year of experience in the behavioral health field. 1+ year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC) preferred. Bilingual / bi-cultural a plus.
