Company Manager

Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Company Manager is a collaborator and thought partner to the Artistic Administrator that supports the organization’s compliance efforts for all artists (actors, crew, and creative personnel) as well as some production-related contracted employees. This role is responsible for the administration and implementation of company management systems, processes, and activities, including but not limited to coordinating travel, housing, managing contracts, and daily artist support.

Responsibilities

• Drives IDEA to Action platform by engaging in committees, events, training, and other initiatives as needed.
• Models CST’s core values of service, ingenuity, and collaboration as well as its customer service ethos.
• Champions the organization’s commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
• Schedule, track, and facilitate ongoing activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and artist orientation (IDEA, anti-harassment, emergency planning, safety training).
• Coordinate and manage artist injury, health concerns, and workers compensation claims including injury care, management, and prevention.
• Serve as a primary resource for artist questions, inquiries, concerns, or needs with the knowledge of where to direct or how to solve.
• Edit and maintain artist content including bios, headshots, Paycom accounts, and Access database.
