Schedule : Monday to Friday 6 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $25-$30 / hr DOE

Location : Richardson TX

Position Type : Fulltime

Travel : This role will initially require travel to Minnesota for the first three months of employment. After this period the position will transition to a permanent location in Richardson TX.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Follow all corporate safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform routine installations and / or maintenance on assigned products.
• Perform log analysis of system errors during Qualification and test.
• Assist on-the-job training to the internal technician in routine operation installation and troubleshooting of assigned products.
• Effectively troubleshoot issues for both hardware and software.
• Professionally interact with and understand technical information from the internal team and multi-national and multi-language teams.
• Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork and Status Reporting with supervision.
• Input data to the QA / QC check sheet create a report and submit it to the Installation Site Manager.
• Attend daily field meetings. Work with minimum supervision as needed and recommend technical solutions / resolutions to engineering groups.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines according to documented requirements. Make continuing visual and audible observations of the machines to detect any abnormalities.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all work done on the equipment and machines.
• To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees wearing PPE is a requirement and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit safety shoes gloves safety glasses a face mask and a hard hat.

May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time able tobend twist push / pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
