Job Description :

• The Mental Health Provider will work independently within the Allina Health United Family Physicians outpatient clinic in St. Paul.
• This is not a Faculty role, but there will be some opportunity to work with and teach Family Medicine Physician Residents.
• Outpatient only. No Inpatient or call associated with this position.

Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations as part of a physician / nurse team. Works within a Specialty Care team, in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of the treatment team ensuring continuity of patient care in all settings. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.

Principle Responsibilities

Completes comprehensive patient assessments.

Promotes communication within the team and other interdisciplinary health care staff.

Pay Range

Pay Range : $53.11 to $73.49 per hour

The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and / or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
