Key Responsibilities
Become a product expert and document core functionality, use cases, and workflows
Audit and improve Help Center structure for enhanced user experience
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate documentation of new features before launch
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation management, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
Strong technical acumen and ability to explain complex systems simply
Experience managing knowledge bases or content management systems
Familiarity with AI concepts and coding tools
Strong project management and organizational skills
