About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to join us. The Program Manager provides overall leadership, governance, and performance accountability for the End User Support Services program across multiple secure research and operational sites. Responsible for ensuring all contract requirements, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets are met.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Serve as the single point of contact to the Government / Contracting Entity for all contractual and operational matters.

Oversee multi-site service delivery, including service desk, deskside, and field operations.

Manage staffing, performance reporting, and risk mitigation across the program.

Coordinate with laboratory IT leadership and security representatives to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

Drive continuous service improvement (CSI) leveraging automation and data analytics via the MyServe platform.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of IT program management experience within complex federal or R&D environments.

Required and Desired Skills / Certifications :

Additional Requirements : Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and / or a Public Trust clearance.

Min Citizenship Status Required : Must be a . Citizen
