Construction Litigation Attorney

A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle complex construction-related disputes and collaborate with a seasoned team of litigators in a client-focused, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Represent developers, contractors, owners, and design professionals in a wide range of construction litigation matters, including defect claims, delay disputes, contract and payment issues, insurance coverage, and lien enforcement.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to identify practical solutions and deliver efficient, high-quality results.
