Oversee all phases of construction from concept to closeout, maintaining budget, quality, and client satisfaction.

• Develop schedules, manage subcontractors, and drive coordination across internal teams.
• Ensure jobsite safety, adherence to project specs, and proactive risk management.
• Serve as the client's primary point of contact, fostering trust and repeat business.
• Champion efficiency and innovation in field and office processes to elevate project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Project Manager | Multifamily + Hospitality should have :

• A strong background in project management within the commercial multifamily and hospitality sectors.
• 8+ years of experience in full-scale project management
• Proficiency in Procure.
• Experience managing 35M+ Projects
• A proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within scope.
