Patient Services Support Coordinator

The Patient Services Support Coordinator is responsible for answering the overflow calls, directing those calls to the appropriate department. Exception report for reminder calls while ensuring every customer receives the highest level of customer service. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Services visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Specific duties include, but are not limited to :

• Serves as receptionist greeting visitors, signs for packages, mail / package distribution, maintains lobby area in order and provides clerical support.
• Answers overflow of incoming calls and directs to the appropriate department.
• Calls patients from the exception report for reminder calls.
• Assists the Intake and New Patient Advocate departments.
• Completes any additional job duties as assigned.
