Job Description :

The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven techniques statistical analysis and machine learning models to uncover insights solve complex business problems and drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities :

Collect clean and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.

Design build and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.

Develop data pipelines statistical models and visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts data engineers and product managers to define and solve key business challenges.

Apply statistical analysis NLP and AI techniques to extract patterns and trends from data.

Evaluate model performance and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.

Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in a clear compelling manner.

Required Skills & Experience :

3-7 years of hands-on experience in data science machine learning or advanced analytics.

Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas NumPy Scikit-learn TensorFlow or PyTorch).

Excellent knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau or Matplotlib / Seaborn).

Strong understanding of statistics hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.

Experience working with large datasets and cloud environments (Azure AWS or GCP).

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Big Data tools (Spark Databricks or Hadoop).

Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and model deployment.

Knowledge of deep learning natural language processing (NLP) or time-series forecasting.

Proven ability to translate data into business impact.
