Chef Thomas Keller's New York destination, Per Se, is seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about food,  beverage  and hospitality to join the team as a     Host / Hostess .

Located in the Deutsche Bank Center at Columbus Circle, Per Se is Chef Keller's acclaimed New York interpretation of The French Laundry. The three-starred Michelin restaurant presents a nightly-changing Chef's Tasting menu highlighting American cuisine with French influences.

As a Host, you will warmly greet guests as they arrive, manage reservations, and efficiently seat guests in the dining area. Providing exceptional service, you will address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Working alongside the Maitre D', you will ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and Seat Guests :   Warmly greet guests as they arrive, manage reservations, and efficiently seat guests in the dining area, ensuring an even distribution of service.
• Manage Reservations :   Utilize reservation systems to manage bookings, coordinate seating arrangements, and accommodate special requests.
• Customer Service :   Provide exceptional service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Team :   Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain Cleanliness :   Ensure the host area and entrance are always clean and presentable.
• Promote a Positive Atmosphere :   Foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment for both, guests and staff.

Chef Thomas Keller raises the bar for the American culinary scene. His restaurants are legendary – The French Laundry, Bouchon, and Per Se among them – and he is the only American-born chef to ever hold multiple three-star Michelin rankings. Chef Keller’s culinary skills and   high standards   make him an inspiration to younger chefs and have earned him countless accolades, including The Culinary Institute of America’s “Chef of the Year” Award and the James Beard Foundation’s “Outstanding Chef” and “Outstanding Restaurateur” Awards.
