A Hospital in Everette, MA is seeking a skilled Milieu Counselor for an inpatient psychiatric unit. This is a Local Contract Assignment —candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility address.

Role Summary :

The Milieu Counselor is a vital member of the multidisciplinary team on the inpatient psychiatric unit, responsible for maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and structured environment for patients in crisis. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), this role attends to the daily individual needs of patients and supports the overall treatment plan.
