DAY PORTERS& Parking Directors needed for multiple shifts 1) 10am to 5pm 2) 11am to 6pm 3) 11am-8 pm 4) 1 : 00pm - 10 pm 5) 11 : 30 Am - 10 : 00 pm $10.00 per hour 40 hours a week available. Shifts are available Monday to Sunday. Many staff needed for each shift. Positions start early November and we continue to add staff until mid December. You can request schedule. Working at Retail Mall location. Helping with variety of tasks. Day Porter jobs will be starting early November

Seasonal help is considered for positions after the holidays.

Primary Cleaning Duties :

Empties all paper waste and restocks the paper supply and personal products machine.

Cleans lavatory top faucets and mirror using chemicals supplied by employer or customer.

Cleans toilets and urinals with chemicals supplied.

Sweeps restroom floor with a broom and mops restroom. Displays wet floor caution sign outside the restroom while cleaning. The restroom maid is responsible for cleaning all wet areas in the restrooms; toilets urinals sinks. The employee wears rubber gloves while doing this. The toilet bowls and urinals are cleaned with bowl cleaner and a johnny mop(weighing approximately 1#). The partitions between the stalls and other areas are dusted. The lavatory area and mirrors are cleaned. The mirrors are cleaned nightly only to a height that the employee can reach without standing on something. However high areas are cleaned either by the restroom maid or another person periodically with a long-handled tool so that no one stands on the lavatories to clean the mirrors. The restroom maid is responsible for cleaning the tile restroom floors which are swept and mopped nightly and emptying the restroom trash into a disposal bag on the maid caddy. The restroom maid also restocks the personal products machine. The restroom caddy holds all cleaning supplies and the mop bucket. The restroom maid pushes this from restroom to restroom. Wet Floor cautions are displayed outside the restroom doors while the restroom maid is working and until the floors are dry. The normal shift is four to five hours per night five nights per week. These are the main duties of this job. However some aspects of one job may overlay into another. For example in some buildings the vac-person may sweep the restroom floors so the restroom maid only has to other buildings the maids clean the entire restroom except for mopping. The floorman then mops the restroom floors. The duties and responsibilities of this job may be changed and / or additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time at the Companys discretion. The Companys policy requiring regular attendance at work also applies to this job position.
