Seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to step into a Clinic Director role, leading day-to-day operations while providing direct patient care. This dual role is ideal for someone passionate about rehabilitation, team leadership, and clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Duties :
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent injury
- Document patient progress and outcomes using EMR systems
- Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction and functional outcomes
