DONOR RELATIONS ASSOCIATE

PRN Donor Recruitment Specialist

Assists the Account Managers in the achievement of whole blood and apheresis collection goals.

This is a PRN position.

Essential Functions :

• Completion of telemarketing functions to educate, thank and sign-up donors for future donations.
• Perform on-site recruitment, sign-up tables, and donor flow assistance for blood drives.
• Help educate and convert donors to double red and platelet donations where appropriate.
• Assist Marketing efforts through help with packing, distribution, and inventorying of incentive items, labeling products with recruitment related tags, and telemarketing of sweepstakes winners and Donor / Recipient Meet and Greet attendees.
• Help with preparation efforts for special events (i.e. contacting invitees for participation lists, setting up gift tables, refreshments, check in tables etc.)
• Assist with data entry and organizational needs of the department.

Licenses / Certifications :

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Experience :

Entry level position.

Some experience in sales, marketing and / or customer service or performing duties in a related area preferred.

Any combination of education, training and experience that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
