Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and support to our client in their Miramar home. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the daily lives of our clients by ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Help with mobility and support client in transfers from beds, chairs, and other seating
• Ensure client's safety and comfort at all times
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding the client
• Provide companionship by engaging in conversation or recreational activities
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment by performing routine housekeeping tasks
• Follow specific care plans tailored to the client’s needs
• Record daily care notes of the client’s condition and reporting any significant changes to the care manager
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Communicate efficiently with client families and healthcare professionals
