Responsibilities for a Shipping Clerk include but are not limited to :

• Order and Data Management : Accurately receive and process Purchase Orders (POs) and generate Sales Orders to initiate fulfillment and billing processes.
• Logistics Execution & Compliance : Execute all shipping activities, including verifying outgoing orders, preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs), and ensuring 100% shipment accuracy.
• Meticulous Record Keeping : Maintain a detailed system of physical and digital records by filing documentation and ensuring proper audit trails for all transactions.
• Performance Monitoring : Actively participate in the tracking and reporting of daily KPI metrics related to shipping volume and fulfillment timeliness.
