What you'll be doing :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
• Mentor and motivate your sales team , clearing the way for others to help them progress and exceed their goals.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships by collaborating seamlessly with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive scalability by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing complex funnel metrics, and implementing new processes and technologies across the sales cycle.
• Serve as a proud, passionate guardian of our sales forecasting and performance analysis for executive review.
• Act like an owner by staying ahead of industry trends and taking responsibility for the team's actions and results.
