Credit Officer Sr, CRE
The Credit Officer Sr, CRE oversees the underwriting, credit analysis, and controls governing the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending Business. The role is responsible for the underwriting, risk identification, management and containment associated with complex financing of transitional commercial real estate transactions across many markets and virtually all asset types. Implements and over-sees the execution of credit initiatives to protect the organization's assets and ensure efficiency in the credit approval process. Key partner with both credit risk management team to foster an environment of open dialogue around risk tolerance and the business leadership to ensure the risk tolerance is reflected in the business strategy and execution and the business investments.
