Procurement Specialist I

As a Procurement Specialist I, you will issue purchase orders, create purchase requisitions, sourcing, supplier negotiations, supplier performance management, contract review, supplier selection / qualification, creating requests for supplier master data updates, and invoicing management.

How You'll Make An Impact :

• Prepare and issue purchase orders and purchase requisitions ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Train Requisitioners in purchase requisition creation and can assist Requisitioners and suppliers in invoice management.
• Source indirect services and goods and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery capabilities, and reliability.
• Resolves potential supplier problems.
• Investigating and resolving issues pertaining to supplier performance, purchase order set up, invoicing, supplier master data updates.
• Works on projects of limited scope and complexity. May participate in supplier audits and business reviews.
• Request and collect quality documents from suppliers.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,500 - $103,900 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
