WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in New York, New York.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a MRI technologist for a 13-week contract assignment at Prestigious Hospital in NYC.

Job Function : \n

  • Day Shift.

    • \n

  • 5x8 : 9AM-5PM.

    • \n

  • Position patient and adjust equipment to obtain images as requested by the physician.

    • \n

  • Set up, operate, and maintain x-ray equipment according to policy and procedure.

    • \n

  • Ability to explain procedures to patients.

    • \n

  • Minimize radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques.

    • \n \n

    Job Requirements : \n

  • 2 years of MRI Technologist experience.

    • \n

  • MUST have AART Certification.

    • \n

  • Minimum  Education / Graduate of an AMA / J.C.E.R.T. approved program in Radiologic Technology.

    • \n

  • NY State IV Certification.

    • \n

  • BLS Certification.

    • \n

  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
