Exposure to personalization engines, recommendation systems, and conversational AI. Design and implement AI-powered solutions for personalization, automation, and customer engagement across marketing, commerce, and service channels. Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and conversational AI. Drive PoC and MVP-led experimentation for AI use cases in DX, leveraging frameworks Collaborate with design studios and engineering teams for rapid prototyping and creative AI engineering. Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, CDP, and marketing automation tools. Ensure compliance with Responsible AI frameworks, geo-specific regulations, and data privacy standards. Work closely with DX Advisors, Experience Designers, and Martech SMEs to align AI solutions with client objectives. Participate in client workshops and strategic discussions to position AI capabilities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
Technical Expertise :
- Proficiency in AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Generative AI models, and NLP techniques, Adobe’ suite of products
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) and tools like GitHub Copilot.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with APIs for integration.
