Overview An industry leader in cutting-edge technology and infrastructure solutions is seeking an Intranet Content Specialist to join the team on a temporary basis to support the rollout and administration of their intranet site. Please Note : This is a short-term temporary role and requires a 4-8 week time commitment.

Who You Are You have experience managing content in SharePoint or similar intranet platforms

You’re detail-oriented with a strong sense of how to organize digital information for clarity and ease of use

You’re comfortable working with both technical and creative content

You enjoy curating and maintaining internal resources that help teams stay informed and aligned

What You’ll Do Support the ongoing development and upkeep of the company intranet using SharePoint

Structure and design intranet pages to enhance usability and visual clarity

Upload and organize internal documents, updates, and resources for employee access

Maintain and update safety-related content to ensure compliance and visibility

Curate relevant materials and ensure they are properly routed and accessible

Manage both functional and creative content areas to keep information current and engaging

What Success Looks Like Employees can easily find and access the information they need

Intranet content is consistently up to date, well-organized, and visually intuitive

Safety protocols and key updates are clearly communicated and readily available

The intranet becomes a trusted, go-to resource for internal communication and collaboration

Pay Rate : $35 – 40 per hour, based on experience

Time Commitment : Temporary, 4-8 weeks

Location : New York, NY – Hybrid
