We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Engineering and Maintenance Manager to join our team. As an equipment engineering and maintenance manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide equipment maintenance management policies and mechanisms across our facilities. This role requires an experienced leader who embodies our Leadership Principles, particularly "Ownership," "Dive Deep," and "Deliver Results."
Key job responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of equipment maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Implement and oversee enterprise-wide maintenance management policies and mechanisms
- Spearhead the implementation and optimization of a multi-site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and longevity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of equipment maintenance activities with operational goals
- Analyze maintenance data and key performance indicators to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize equipment maintenance operations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field5+ years of management experienceExperience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams10+ years of experience in equipment maintenance managementProven track record of implementing enterprise-wide maintenance management policies and mechanismsExtensive experience with CMMS software implementation and optimizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
