About the Role & Team

We are a dynamic fast-paced team supporting Disney Experiences! We are hiring for a Manager, Employee Relations to support our team in Anaheim, CA. We look forward to having you join us!

What You Will Do

• Enhance the employee experience by engaging with leaders and employees during critical moments in the life cycle of the employment relationship.
• Conduct timely, objective, and thorough internal investigations including but not limited to allegations of harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate accounts of investigations with timely memorialization of the notes and supporting documents into the case management system.
• Produce and share written and / or verbal summaries of findings, conclusions and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate and partner closely with Labor Relations, HR Business Partners, Diversity & Inclusion, and other HR / DI functional teams to advance the work.
• Analyze ER data and metrics for themes, trends, and root cause identification.
• Integrate key partners across Disney Experiences to drive solutions that promote employee engagement and business results.

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $139,200.00 to $170,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
