Monitor and interpret tele / 12-lead EKGs, initiate and titrate cardiac drips, and manage arterial lines and TR bands with precision. Assist with cardiac procedures such as starts, removals, and assessments, including understanding patient histories and preparing post-procedure care. Cultivate effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient education. Adhere to hospital policies and protocols, maintaining a high standard of infection control, documentation, and compliance.

Job Requirements
- Education Requirements : Valid nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements : AHA BLS & ACLS, IN Single State RN License, NIHSS (preferred), CPR certification
- Experience Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of ICU or stepdown nursing experience, experience with pre / post cath lab and EP procedures, proficiency in EPIC charting system
- Other Requirements : Ability to manage arterial lines, intubation skills, strong critical thinking, excellent patient communication skills
