Transaction Processor Associate III

Location : Onsite

Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday-Friday Must be flexible for overtime evenings and occasional weekends

Pay Rate : $20.41 / hr.

About the Role

Were seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Processor Associate III to support open enrollment and other transactional projects within a high-volume processing environment . In this role youll research analyze and update consumer information across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy speed and confidentiality. Youll be part of a dedicated team that keeps operations running smoothly and ensure every transaction meets established quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process consumer transactions and maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Ensure all work meets established quality benchmarks with zero errors per procedural guidelines.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily productivity targets.
  • Deliver professional and courteous service in all internal and external interactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies procedures and operating systems.
  • Manage workload to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in alignment with contract requirements.
  • Demonstrate reliability punctuality and a positive proactive attitude.
  • Follow attendance and conduct policies with consistency.

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : an Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience : Previous background in transaction processing or eligibility determination strongly preferred.
  • Typing Speed : Minimum of 45 WPM .
  • Proficiency with standard PC software and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to maintain performance standards under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Works well independently after training while contributing to team goals.

    • Physical & Work Environment

  • Primarily sedentary role requiring extended periods of sitting.
  • Frequent use of hands fingers and computer equipment; occasional standing walking or light lifting (up to 10 lbs.).
  • Standard office environment with a fast-paced deadline-driven workload.
