Title : Administrative Assistant

Location : Tamarac, FL (On-Site)

Salary Range : $35,000 - $38,000

What You'll Do :

  • Perform essential clerical duties including data entry, scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy document access
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Support office operations by maintaining supplies and updating records
  • Ensure scanned documents are properly labeled and archived

    • What We're Looking For :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or certification preferred)
  • 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with scanners, copiers, and standard office equipment
