Cardiac Cath Lab Tech - Concord, North Carolina

An opportunity is available for an experienced Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technician specializing in both cardiac and vascular procedures. This contract position is based in Concord, North Carolina, offering a dynamic clinical environment with a teaching hospital renowned for cardiovascular care, including certifications like Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center designations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including NON-STEMI, STEMI, TAVR, Watchman, and Mitral Clip cases
• Conduct vascular procedures with emphasis on lower extremity angiograms, EVAR, and TEVAR cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as charge nurses, VAD, ECMO, and code teams to ensure patient safety and effective workflows
• Use advanced equipment and technologies including EPIC EMR, Merge Hemo for hemodynamics, Alaris IV pumps, Philips and GE imaging systems, and Omnicell medication dispensing
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in departmental orientation and ongoing education
