Accounts Receivable Specialist

LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company in Boulder, CO that is searching for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team on a contract basis.

What’s the job?

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you will :

Apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) accurately and efficiently

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

Liaise with clients and internal teams to address billing issues

Maintain AR aging reports and assist with collections

Prepare documentation for audits and maintain clean financial records

Support AR month-end close and journal entries

What’s needed?

To succeed as an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you should have :

2+ years of AR or general accounting experience

Solid Excel skills; ERP system experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear communication and problem-solving abilities

Availability to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO
