Position Summary

This Data Entry position will manually enter Crash Records according to established procedures using PC Imaging software as the data entry device. Duties can include :

  • Inputs and retrieves alphabetical and numerical information from scanned and processed images.
  • Compare fields, identify mismatched data, and requires strong attention to detail.
  • Verifies input data to ensure accuracy of completed work, and edits for errors during processing

This position ensures strict confidentiality and integrity of client records according to policies and procedures. Students are expected to :

  • Meet expected hourly production volume goals.
  • Maintain quality levels above minimums set by management.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Scanned images needing to be data entered are not the best quality from our source, so performance levels will be taken into consideration.

    Minimum

  • Experience with the use of personal computers and proficient typing skills.
  • Students must be able to commit to a weekly schedule and be consistently dependable for these hours.
  • Students must professionally exemplify time management skills.
  • Must be able and comfortable working in an environment without immediate supervision.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.

    • Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and related software applications.
