Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing onboarding, career ladders, and performance management initiatives

Conduct training on various HR topics and manage several HR functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
5-8 years of demonstrable HR experience
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach
Ability to perform complex financial calculations
