Deliver Impactful Presentations : Showcase Interim HealthCare’s value to potential clients, influencing their decision-making process. Strategize for Growth : Develop and execute account strategies to expand market share within your territory. Stay Organized : Use our contact management system to track sales activities and monitor progress toward goals. Collaborate for Success : Partner with managers to ensure exceptional customer service levels for target accounts. Sales Expertise : Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, ideally in healthcare or commercial staffing services. Healthcare Knowledge : Familiarity with home health services, referral sources, payors, and industry regulations. Go-Getter Attitude : A goal-driven mentality with the ability to work independently. Great Communicator : Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience selling staffing services (a plus!)
