You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow Event Marketing Assistants to ensure the seamless execution of events and drive brand awareness for our clients.

Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant :

• Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies during the course of each event; this includes running all on-site logistics including sales, marketing, outreach and engagement
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics and provide post-event reports to evaluate the success of our marketing and promotional event efforts
• Stay up to date with client information, outreach initiatives and milestones
• Collaborate with team members to ensure our clients brand development and outreach goals are met
• Maintain event compliance and stay up to date on all standards and expectations
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the consumers, clients, and other team members
• Give promotional presentations to prospective customers with the goal of growing our clients brand awareness
