This GC is continuing to grow very quickly, but strategically, and looking to bring on a Project Manager to grow with them.

Job Description

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align project goals.

Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise to maintain quality standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.

Prepare and present project updates, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project outcomes.

Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

Mixed commercial construction experience required

Light industrial or education construction experience preferred

5+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a Project Manager

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Stable work record

Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
