Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents. Communicate changes in resident conditions to physicians and other healthcare professionals promptly. Act swiftly in emergencies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Adhere to all policies and procedures, including updates. Demonstrates compassion and empathy when working with residents.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN Positions Available
Mount Alverna Village is part of Franciscan Ministries, a vibrant senior living community located in Parma, Ohio. Our continuing care retirement community (CCRC) offers various lifestyle options, including independent living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing / long-term care. We also have an onsite rehabilitation clinic that provides inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents and patients. We are currently seeking compassionate nurses to join our exceptional team!

Position Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and offer general health-related consultations within the community.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Position Requirements :
Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Licenses / Certifications : Active RN Nurse license permitting practice in the state of employment
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
