Looking for a meaningful career with stability purpose and growth One Vision is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our new 12-hour night shift schedule in Clear Lake homes .

This schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind : 3 nights on then the rest of your week is free.

As a DSP youll make a direct impact every shift helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their most independent and fulfilling lives.

What Youll Do

As a DSP youll be more than a caregiver-youll be a mentor coach and supporter. Each shift youll :

Provide support with daily living needs (meals hygiene housekeeping and medications).

Encourage independence self-confidence and personal growth .

Support community involvement and recreational activities .

Drive individuals to appointments outings and events.

Keep clear and accurate documentation using electronic systems.

Assist with finances grocery shopping and household responsibilities.

What Were Looking For

Compassion reliability and a positive attitude.

High School Diploma or GED.

At least 18 years old with a valid drivers license & auto insurance.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support mobility as needed.

Comfortable using a computer / device for documentation.

Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Willing to complete required job training and certifications.
